Founded in 1995, Magic Kingdom continues to be a leading UK distributor of quality soft toys. The firm aimed at supplying bespoke, promotional and corporate products to a wide variety of business sectors. Their customers include: high street retailers, sporting organizations, and major international promotional gift houses. Magic Kingdom’s in-house printing and embroidery also allows responsive personalization of products.

Client Requirements

The Magic Kingdom presented us with a description of challenges affecting their current website. Also, their team specified details of the site they would love to get to enhance buyer experiences.


With such a description, our development team had to innovate ways to revamp and support their current brand image and culture content. The innovation gave us a unique strategy concept that would make their platform visible with easy navigation. We focused on solutions that would make magic kingdom’s site fully functional to boost sales with their amazing toy inventory. We had to keep the interface appealing and interactive while making user engagement persuasive to promote their products and overall returns.

Our Solution

A preliminary audit of their existing homepage design was conducted to establish what was working, what needed a makeover, and the best features that could be introduced on the new platform. After understanding the goals of the new platform, we analyzed the existing site to find out redundancies and where to tweak to retain the competitive edge.

Through a comprehensive UX audit, we established a feature and functionality matrix that aligned with newly defined content hierarchy and information architecture. Secondly, we determined that we would build the site within a responsive framework to accommodate new devices and a variety of form factors.



Through a very collaborative effort, we helped the Magic Kingdom rebrand and re-launch its web platform with an emphasis of a hybrid blend of user experience and visual design.
